• Chester University Certificate of Higher Education in Assistance Dog Training (NVQ level 4 equivalent).
• OCN Canine Behaviour & Training.
• National Diploma in Animal Management (NVQ level 3 equivalent). 
• 20 years total experience working with dogs and puppies with two of the UK's largest dog-related charities.
